	Enter your 10 digit cell # (ex: 2342342345)
	Re-enter your 10 digit cell #
	Select Carrier
	Subscribers Birthday Month: Day:

Subscribers providing cell phone email addresses may be charged for receiving text messages.
To change your cell phone email address, follow a link to this page in the emails you receive.
Then here, at the top, select 'Edit cell phone email address'.
To change your email address you must unsubscribe and then re-subscribe
